Message	nothing to worry about. (TopGun still doesnt carry any heat dispersion coatings - sheesh). ConVerTT 1.0 is powdercoated and we've run it hard for years without issue, as you've witnessed. (V2.0 is powdercoated too, but leads a charmed life LOL) But it will certainly be warmer than raw aluminum. On a max performance car I'd bead blast the aluminum and leave it uncoated.
